My fees are at $175 for a first visit or annual exam. * A new visit takes an hour and a half. *Follow up visits to check on a specific issue we have previously talked about take 1 hour or less and are $100. *Most procedures such as Nexplanon Removal, endometrial biopsy, and diaphragm/cap fitting are $175. An IUD insertion is $350, that includes an evaluation/ counseling/ prescription visit, the actual insertion and one follow up visit. *Home visits depend on time and location-just check with me! *Prices will go up in 2020!
I am not in any insurance networks and do not take insurance for my visits. I can provide you a superbill with codes that you can use to file for your own insurance reimbursement.
Insurance usually covers most labs and birth control devices such as IUDs. Most lab tests such as pap smears and blood tests can be billed by the lab to your insurance company. Insurance usually does not pay for Saliva hormone testing.
If you do not have insurance, I offer a discount-whlesale rate over what the lab would charge you for the same test.
